Dignity for All Students Act (DASA): Prohibiting Discrimination and Harassment of Students

The SUFSD Board of Education is committed to providing a safe and productive learning environment within its schools. In accordance with New York State’s Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) the Board is committed to promptly addressing incidents of harassment and/or discrimination of students that impede students’ ability to learn. This includes bullying, taunting, or intimidation in all their myriad forms as outlined in the district’s policies, which can be found on the BoardDocs link off the district website.

DASA Coordinators:
To report an incident of discrimination, harassment or bullying, contact the building’s Dignity Act Coordinator, building principal or fill out the appropriate form found either in each of the school’s main offices and by clicking here.
